A Girls Health Class:

Reviving the collective wisdom of our past, teaching science-based health, and creating community.

The Wisdom Keepers is a class designed to teach girls to take responsibility for their own health and bodies. ​

The Wisdom Keepers class is designed to build self-confidence by teaching how our bodies work, how to care for our physical selves, and how to be kind to ourselves. We look to strengthen this confidence by connecting with others through shared experience and creating a community of smart, independent, and well-informed girls. ​

We teach four basic pillars: Female Anatomy, Menstruation, Birth, and Informed Consent, with the underlying message of self compassion. Classes are taught according to age groups and material is age-appropriate and builds in detail as they grow.

Parents consistently report that The Wisdom Keepers class breaks down barriers by normalizing difficult conversations and opens the door to deeper, more meaningful connection with their daughters. ​

Classes are taught monthly throughout the Treasure Valley. If you are interested in hosting a class, or bringing this class into your school, please contact us.

​Private classes are also available, with a minimum of 4 students required.
